  Andrew speaks regularly at conferences and events on a range of subjects including developing more effective relationships and networking skills. In addition, Andrew runs programmes and workshops on account management effectiveness, innovation in business as well as strategic planning. Prior to founding Wentwood, he was PwC's leading subject matter expert in the area of developing effective customer relationships and has delivered programmes and sessions at various organisations in both the private and public sectors. Andrew has also facilitated a number of workshops for organisations at Board level on a range of areas, including implementing strategy. Andrew created and led a sales programme at PwC which is regarded as cutting edge within the organisation for the energy it has created and its innovative approach. It generated considerable revenue and resulted in significant improvements in individual and team behaviours. Andrew worked in a variety of strategy roles for PwC in London and New York which included working with a major US client, a key role on the merger of the two legacy firms, work on globalisation and the development of a commercial strategy for a major part of the organisation. Prior to joining PwC, Andrew completed an MBA at Cranfield, having previously spent seven years in corporate banking with TSB/Hill Samuel and Swiss Bank Corporation, where he had a successful track record as an analyst and responsibility for a portfolio of customers.
