 We have experience of running workshops for a number of organisations including those engaged in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, health, professional services, entertainment, information security and agriculture. These have focused on facilitating discussions on broad strategy to looking at specific initiatives which an organisation has planned. Attendance has ranged from the full board, to members of key functional areas or just finance teams. All have had an action focus. A common approach is for output to result in 30-100 day action plans with clear accountability among the attendees for completing actions. In addition, smaller workshops have been held for key individuals to determine their personal and departmental 100 day plans, where access to an independent challenger and sounding board can be vital soon after an appointment.
